Information submitted through forms
When you send a project or business enquiry, we may receive information such as your name, organisation, business email, website, project requirement, current environment and other details you choose to provide.
Please do not send primary account passwords, recovery codes, payment-card information or unrelated confidential data through these public forms.
Why the information is used
Submitted information is used to understand the enquiry, determine whether the requirement fits, identify follow-up questions, communicate about the potential project and, where a commercial relationship is established, support project administration and legal or accounting obligations that genuinely apply.
Technical data
The hosting, security or network providers serving this website may process ordinary technical request data such as IP address, user agent, timestamps and request metadata for delivery, security and abuse prevention. B2BONL's form rate limiting uses a temporary derived identifier rather than storing the raw IP address in the form message.
Cookies in this public MVP
Form pages use a short-lived session cookie for CSRF protection. After a qualifying submission, a project-reference cookie may be used so later project forms can reuse the same reference. This public MVP does not add advertising cookies or analytics by default.
Service providers
Hosting, email delivery, domain/DNS and other infrastructure may be provided by third parties. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Additional providers should be reflected here if the production implementation changes.
Retention
Enquiry and project information should be retained only for as long as reasonably needed for communication, project administration, security, dispute handling and applicable legal or accounting obligations. Retention can differ once a contractual relationship exists.
Business customer data
Where 4OnlCom LLC processes personal data on behalf of a business customer, controller/processor roles and any required data-processing terms should be handled separately where applicable. A public privacy notice does not replace a required data-processing agreement.
