A submitted brief starts a conversation, not an automatic commitment.
The public website explains possible working routes. Individual project terms, scope and commercial conditions are agreed separately where required.
Website operator
B2BONL is a B2B initiative operated through 4OnlCom LLC.
Project enquiries
Submitting a form does not create automatic acceptance of a project, a guaranteed start date, a fixed price or a contractual commitment. A project begins only after the relevant scope, commercial terms and any required agreement or payment condition have been confirmed.
Scope and changes
Project scope should identify the intended deliverables, assumptions, exclusions and relevant dependencies. A material requirement introduced later may change timing, price or delivery method and should be treated as a scope change rather than silently assumed to be included.
Client responsibilities
The client or agency is responsible for providing accurate project information, timely approvals, material it is entitled to use, and access reasonably required for the agreed work. Delays in required information, approvals or third-party access can affect delivery timing.
Accounts, domains and access
Where practical, domains, hosting and paid third-party services should remain contracted directly by the intended owner. Access granted for a project should be limited to what the work requires. Public project forms are not intended for primary passwords, recovery codes or payment-card data.
Third-party services
Hosting companies, registrars, DNS/CDN providers, email services, payment services, APIs and other external providers remain subject to their own availability, policies and technical limits. B2BONL does not promise control over an independent provider's uptime or behaviour.
Existing production
Work on a live environment can involve operational risk. Where relevant and within scope, the current environment, dependencies, backup options and change window should be identified before destructive changes. No rollback can be guaranteed unless a usable recovery route has actually been established.
Intellectual property and deliverables
Ownership and licence terms for project-specific deliverables should be stated in the relevant commercial agreement. Third-party software, libraries, services, fonts, assets or licences remain subject to their own terms.
Support after completion
Completion of a defined project does not automatically create indefinite support, monitoring or maintenance. Any continuing responsibility should be separately agreed.
No unsupported guarantees
Unless expressly and validly agreed for a particular service, the public site does not promise search rankings, conversions, perfect security, uninterrupted third-party availability or outcomes outside the defined work and our reasonable control.
Final project terms
Where a quotation, statement of work, contract or other project-specific agreement is used, that document can contain terms that are more specific than this public website and should be read before the project begins.
